Hello Ka-Ping:

Let me address a few of the questions from your e-mail, and ask you a couple as well.

Machines:

• Type - Indy desk top units.
• How many ? not clear- how many sites do you have ?
• When ?? what is the time frame for your program ??
• Software ? We don't have app software to pass around- it comes from our reseller partners. However the Indy comes standard with a lot of cool stuff.
• Canadian offices- Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal

It is very difficult for me to commit resources from our branches. Their priority is to sell stuff. Best bet is to get one Shad person up to speed and have this individual move around to the sites.
